On October 17, 2024, we were part of the renowned Design Manager Forum in Würzburg. The event is one of the most important meeting places for specialists and managers from the fields of design, product development and manufacturing. In his presentation, our CEO and co-founder Dr. Alexander Neb showed how companies can plan assembly processes directly from CAD data in order to reduce production costs, minimize error rates and optimize turnaround times in manufacturing.

In his presentation entitled “Assembly process planning: How to do it quickly and cost-effectively without expert knowledge,” Dr. Alexander Neb (CEO and Co-Founder) explained how CAD models automatically generate structured assembly instructions: Assemblio's AI-based platform makes it possible to simulate, validate, adapt and compare variants of assembly processes based on design data.
