Questions you don't have to ask yourself anymore.

Worker instructions that everyone understands, save time and questions.

Assemblio has helped us at RAUCH Landtechnik to significantly improve work preparation and to use resources more efficiently. We were able to train new employees much faster and in a more targeted manner. Even complex components can now be assembled independently, without errors and without long experience.

Assemblio FAQs

  • What does user role management look like and can you define an approval process?

The issue of data protection is of course very important when dealing with sensitive data such as design files. Our application is hosted on Microsoft Azure in the EU area in compliance with Microsoft data protection regulations. In doing so, we meet high security requirements on the part of the application itself (end-to-end encryption, use of web application firewalls, encryption of data and continuous monitoring and logging of suspicious activities) while the physical security and security of the infrastructure is ensured by Microsoft (monitored premises, security services, locally redundant databases, etc.). In addition, we work with renowned security companies — such as Barracuda or Secjur.
In addition, we are certified by TÜV Süd in accordance with ISO 27001:2022 standards.
In addition to these topics, our systems are reviewed, including pen tests and independent reviews of the application (most recently carried out by “TNG Technology Consulting”).
The model that is used in Assemblio can no longer be used for design or reverse engineering purposes because it is not a real CAD file. While precise design data such as radii, lengths or areas are mathematically stored in a CAD file — i.e. the actual “engineering core” — our model is a visual representation.
Reverse engineering is therefore only possible with considerable effort and is comparable to manually measuring a component from a catalog.

  • Do you also offer worker assistance?

For worker assistance, we work with established partners, with whom we implement such requests.
With the Smart Viewer, Assemblio already provides an easy-to-use, digital tool for workers. It displays all relevant assembly information clearly and interactively, e.g. by rotating, zooming or hiding components. A new, extended version of the Smart Viewer is currently under development.

  • What is the output format of the Smart Viewer?

The Smart Viewer is a web-based application (just like Assemblio Composer). This means that no classic file output is required. Instead, the assembly instructions are displayed directly in the browser, interactively and in real time.
Since the Smart Viewer is cloud-based, users can access the assembly instructions anytime and from anywhere, without installation or export to a separate file format. This simplifies the application, reduces media breaks and provides a particularly user-friendly experience.
If required, the assembly instructions can also be exported from Composer as a PDF, Word or video.

  • What is the difference between Assemblio Composer and Assemblio SmartViewer?

Composer allows you to plan the assembly of your component and create assembly sequences. You can include additional assembly instructions and tools.
The Assemblio Smart Viewer is used exclusively to visualize these assembly instructions. It is not possible to edit or subsequently change the content here.
